David started his career in the health care industry over 10 years ago as a pharmaceutical sales representative. His sales success and innate leadership quickly led him from sales representative to the sales management development program, where he was able to aid the marketing team in launching new
products, train sales representatives on ipad technology and manage the inside sales team.
David’s passion for seniors brought him to a private home care company as the Executive Director where he oversaw the Maryland, DC and Virginia branches. Over the next 3 years he helped increase the revenue to over $12 million and when he moved to the position of Regional Sales Director he doubled the size of the sales force.
Now, David joined forces with another private duty company as the VP of Business Development. His focus has been to create and oversee the company’s first outside sales team, leading the team to over $2 million in sales within the first year.

Nicole Peretti is the Executive Director at Hurricane Marketing Enterprises. She oversees all of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the business is run properly.
Some of Nicole’s responsibilities include accounting, quality control, business analytics and supervision of freelance employees. She works hard to ensure that all clients and potential clients receive the best possible service from HME.
